Returns I.

14-Day ONLINE Return Policy

 

You have 14 days from date of arrival of item(s) to return to us for a full refund. Item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. (As in original packaging, tags are still present).

***Any item(s) that are more than 35% off are FINAL SALE***

When we receive the item(s), we will do a full inspection to see if item(s) are still qualified for a refund. We reserved the right to refuse a refund based on item(s) conditions.

We do NOT cover the cost of shipping for return. However, We WILL cover the cost of shipping for an item exchange.

Returns II.

When will I receive my money back?

After approval of item(s) returned to us, we notify you via email or phone call that a refund has been issued. It will take 3-5 business days for the credit amount to appear in your bank statements, please be patient.

If it has been more than 7 days past the refund issue date, please reach out to us as soon as possible! If not, please call your bank institution for confirmation.

Exchanges I.

Exchanges II.

How will my exchanged item(s) be credited?

You have 60 days from date of arrival of item(s) to use your store credit.

We will utilize the full old order amount as credit toward the new item(s). 

If the new order is more than or greater than the old order, you will be responsible for paying the new difference. You will need to place new order first, we will cancel the old order. 

If the new item total is the same, ie a color exchange, we will just ship out the new item.
